What to do after your Bachelor’s? Iulia presented her career choices at her alma mater.

What to do after your Bachelor’s? Many of us stood before these choices without guidelines or ideas. To help their students to make their choice, the Faculty of Industrial Chemistry and Environmental Engineering from the Politehnica University Timișoara (Romania) organized an online meeting dedicated to 4th year Bachelor’s students, on the 16th of June 2021. The aim of this meeting was to present different options for what to do with their future career, spanning from academia to industry. Iulia-Ioana Rădoi (ESR4) was invited to give a talk about her general experience during her M.Sc. and her 1st year as Ph.D. student enrolled in a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Project. The meeting was attended by 63 participants, including the 4th year students, teaching staff members and the Dean of the Faculty of Industrial Chemistry and Environmental Engineering Assoc. Prof. Dr. Eng. Mihai Medeleanu. For Iulia it was a great pleasure to meet some of the teaching staff and young colleagues and to encourage them to invest in their career and to apply  for M.Sc. and later Ph.D. positions.
